Financial Support to Suraj Tamu & Rekha Tamu

Tamu Pye Lhu Sangh UK (TPLS UK), a registered charity in the United Kingdom (Charity No. 1161779), has extended financial suppport to two individuals suffering from serious medical conditions, reaffirming its commitment to compassion, community solidarity and humanitarian support.
Mr Suraj Tamu (Gurung), son of Mr Som Bahadur Tamu and Mrs Hari Maya Tamu, originally from Dadhuwa Durchha, Lamjung and currently residing in Pokhara, who is suffering from kiendy failure, and Miss Rekha Tamu (Gurung), daughter of the late Balbir Tamu, originally from Bihadi- 1, Bachchha, Parbat and currently residing in Bhalbadi, Bhairahawa, who is suffiring from a severe neurological condition. Both received Rs. 225,000/- each, bringing the total financial support provided to Rs. 450,000/-
The financial support was handed over by Mr Som Tohrje Tamu, former President and current Advisor of Tamu Pye Lhu Sangh UK at Pha.Li.Na. Kohinbo, Pokhara. The handover programme was held in the presence of Mr Om Bahadur Thimche Tamu, President of TPLS Central Committee, Nepal and Senior Vice-President, Mr Eakajang Plhen Tamu, TPLS Central Committee, Nepal.
During the programme, Advisor Mr Som Tohrje Tamu extended his heartfelt wishes to both recipients for a speedy recovery and renewed strength at they continue their treatments. He also appealed to individuals and well-wishers who wish to contribute further financial support to contact the TPLS Central Committee, encouraging collective efforts to support the patients during these challenging times.
Through this initiative, Tamu Pye Lhu Sangh UK continues to demonstrate the importance of standing together in times of hardship. The organisation hpoes that this finanfial support will help ease some of thereceipients' medical and finantial burderns and encourage the wider community to come forward with compassion, generosity and solidarity.
